Hello Everyone:
I have a Windows XP Pro and Win 2000 dual boot system. I actually have 2 hard disks. It had been functioning well for the past one year. I came across this message very lately: "Error Loading Operating System". I see in the BIOS settings that both hard disks are recognized. However, it won't boot from either.
This is a Dell dimension 4300. I called up Dell customer service for which they suggested me to format and reinstall. I do not want to lose data on any of them.
Google suggested me to change the "Auto" setting to "Large". I do not see this option at all in my BIOS settings. Some other sites talked of BIOS upgrading.
Please help me out.
Thanks.
Regards,
Kumar.
