Error loading firware information in Element manager Rls 6.00

When I try to load the file currency.zip in the Element Manager the error "Error loading firware" and does not appear current firware information "TPS Firware Not Avaible" In some case also appears WEB0012 Failure occurred in creating file is a CS100E HA Rls 6.00 and two CPPM SS folower and Leader
Any Idea?

Is this IP set firmware or what is it exactly? Typically IP set firmware is a .bin file, not a zip file.

Usually the doc's say to un-zip the file, then the files are open that EM needs to access.
