Error loading files required: WordPerfect 11

Despite re-installing WordPerfect Office 11, WordPerfect will not open. The messages are:
Error loading following files required to start the application: wpwin11.dll. When I click to fix the bug, then:
Instruction at 0x00000001 referenced memory at 0x00000001. The memory could not be read. That terminates the launch process.
Any solution to this?
I just moved to a new computer and it was running fine on the old. Installed it from a CD. For that matter, I can't launch the Service packs on the new either. The .msp files won't execute.

Check your path statement on your new pc. If there is a bad path statement WP fails to run.
