I have a couple of PC's that I am getting errors when I try to load the ASP pages. I am able to login to the Nfuse site and when I try to run a application. I am unable to load and run the application one unit starts Frontpage and then loads the ASP into it and will not allow then to run the applications. THey are running Win XP Pro and IE 6.0. Any ideas.

Thanks

Terrel

If this problem is PC specific and not user or server specific, I would clear the temporary internet cache in IE. As this folder increases in size, it often creates issues with IE 6.

What about the fact that it is opening the launch.asp file in frontpage. I had one system that could not open the launch.asp file and wanted to know what program to use. I told it IE and it just displayed the content of the file.

Thanks

Frontpage attempts to open *.asp files as Active Server Pages. If IE is just displaying the contents of the file, it sounds like the Web plugin for the ICA client is not installed correctly. Try re-installing it.

Jeff's suggestion of clearing the IE Temp Internet Files cache is good - sometimes the cookies get corrupted and programs fail to launch.

I hope this helps CitrixEngineer@yahoo.co.uk

Where can you get the web plug in for the ICA Client?

Thanks

If you are referring to the ICA Web Client, go to the Citrix website and you can download it.

Your default NFuse website can automatically download it to the client.

If you're using NFuse Classic (1.7), you can click ICA Client Deployment from the Admin page and Enable automatic download from there.

Earlier versions provided links in the default web page if a client was not found. Clients should be installed with MetaFrame or NFuse, and are on the product CDs, but can also be found at Note; The newest Win32 clients have the web stuff built in. CitrixEngineer@yahoo.co.uk
