error loader 3 please contact your support person

This is an error i get when I reboot my system.
Then it stops with this message. IF I reboot with the repairdisk i can start up (Fast repair) but the next I reboot the error is back again.

Can somebody help me please..

We are getting this same error too, the last in a long line of errors. The text is:
Windows Loader Error 3
Windows can not start there is an error in your software.
Contact tech support and give them this error code.

We're not quite sure how to fix it. Hopefully I can call this into MS, and report back if we get an answer.

Talked to Microsoft, this problem occurs when your registry gets too big or corrupt. However, they would not give us the tool to fix it, they would only clean up our reg files and then give them back to us. If you can restore your SYSTEM and SOFTWARE files from backup (located in C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\CONFIG) that's a start. Also, you might try copying system.bak from C:\WINNT\REPAIR to the config directory, then renaming it. Tell me if this works.
