Anyone seen this before. I'm getting 2 errors when launching CCV.

1) Coudn't connect to Delta Server, stopping CCV.
2) Network Error, Permission denied whilst connecting to server machine or process.

I'm assuming this isn't a CCV issue, but I've never seen the 2nd error message bafore. I can access CCV from the server that delta server is installed on, but I can no longer access it from another PC on the network.

CCV has worked previously in the environment.

Can you connect to the DeltaServer remotely with a web browser?
2) Network Error, Permission denied whilst connecting to server machine or process.
I have seen that a lot....
Both errors are security related settings on the server.
The first one can be solved by adding the PCs ipaddress with the C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\CCC\DeltaServer\DeltaServerHTTPPasswordAssistant.exe tool to the "Allowed list"
The second one happens if the server is not installed in the correct way:
First install .NET, then IIS Services, then MSDE or MS SQL and at last install the CCC applications.
