ERROR is SPS 2001 - need help-

Folks We have SPS 2001 and use a web front end.
We get this error message which is fixed witha server reboot but eventually comes back.

"unable to create new folder path>: ActiveX Component can't create Object"

Like I sais a server rebbot fixes this for some time but we always get it back...

Any Ideas.
