Good morning, i have a problem whit the next error:
Error IP Station Limit Reached
When an agent want to log in, last week wa add 45 new licences agents for call center elite but today when i want to conect the agent number 18 display this message: Error IP Station Limit Reached
You cannot log in at this time. the maximum number of Avaya Ipagent station are allowed to log into the server has been reached.
before add this 45 new licences of agents in the server we only had 17 licences of agents for call center. So i guess that maybe have to make a change in the server???
the new agent were created whit their own station.
any idea???
