Error installing sam broadcaster

Hi guys im trying to install sam broadcaster but it keeps coming up with this error

"16 bit windows subsystem"

c:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and microsoft windows applications.
Choose close to terminate the application.

Could soemone please help me with this and tell me how to sort it out so i can install the program i want to. thank you
