After downloading, unzipping and installing Photoshop CS2 Trial Version, upon launch after Photoshop loads an error message "a problem has occurred with a required application library product cannot continue, please install again." I have reinstalled several times, started over from the beginning, downloading from website, etc. No dice. Windows XP, 1 gig ram, 40 plus gig hard drive free space. Thanks for your help. Chukr

The trial version is designed to only be installed once. There would be no point to offering a 30-day trial if you could just repeatedly install it. Supposing that you resolve whatever issue you have, Photoshop will probably not start because you have attempted multiple installs, even if you have done all those installs within the 30-day period. You may find luck installing on another computer.
