Error installing Notes on Win2k "Unable to initialize variables"...

It doesn't seem to be affecting the functionality of this app, I'm just wondering if anyone else has gotten it and what it means.
It actually happens 2 times during the installation: Once just when the file copying begins and once when it get finished.
As I said, the client seems to be ok, I'm just wondering if this is ok to ignore..

I too have had the error message show up as you posted. The box even says "Severe" which would lead me to believe that something bad has happened, but with nothing more to go on, there is little indication of what is or is not getting done.

I too have this error and the Domino service is missing!
Anyone any ideas?

Local Administrator permissions are needed to install Notes.
