Error installing Acrobat 5.0 on Windows XP. Can anyone help?

Every time I try installing Adobe Acrobat 5.0 on my Windows XP the following error message comes up and the installation is terminated.

ComponentMoveData had the following error:
Media Name: data
Component: Acrobat Exchange Files\Netscape Plug-in File\IE plug-in
File Group: Netscape Plug-in
File: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\Plugins\nppdf32.dll
Error Number: -115

Same error occurs also during installation of Acorbat Reader 5.X.

Can anyone please give me some tips?
