Error in VBE6.DLL

When I want to close Excel, I get the following message:
"EXCEL caused error in VBE6.DLL"

May-be somebody can help me to solve this problem

Dan, did you ever get anywhere with this ? I'm having the same problem consistently when closing WORD in Office 2000 suite.

There are numerous sources of information on this problem on the web. Simply do a search on EXCEL caused error in VBE6.DLL. I did that and this seems like a good place to start (without me knowing exactly what's going on or what systems you are having problems with.
