Error in upsizing Access to Ms SQL server

One of my Access Datbase feild is an OLE package(which is jpeg image)...I'm getting 'Timeout expires' error while upsizing to MS SQL server...pls give me a solution

You might be better off upsizing only the table structure from Access and then use DTS to move the data from Access to SQL. This solved lot of problems for me when upsizing Access databases.
