I' transferring a table from Access to SQL Server 7.

I get an Error message for Row 1 - unspecified error.

The design of the table is dirt simple, and the content seems OK. What kind of things might I look for?

Maybe the fact that is Row 1 implies it is a design problem rather than data...

Could the data in a column of row 1 be violating a contraint, such as Null but Null not allowed on the SQL table. Is there an Identity column on the SQL table? If so, did you enable identity insert? Terry
