Error in the script with GET element

Hey People
I am not Perl guy, and trying to run the perl script in my Nagos (linux) box. Perl script trying to get the XML from Activemq server. it seems like there is a problem with GET element in the script. Anyone can help me please ? I am not familiar with Perl at all. I am able to get XML result through URL - example (but nagios not getting XML. I have attached the script and also put weblink below
