error in setposition;hence rewinding the tape

Hi,

ill found a strange message in the deamon log of my Networker 7.5.1.3 Server on Solaris.

The EMC Knowledgebase does not give me any hint here..does anybody has a idear what the reson can be ?
Bad Tape ? Bad Drive ? Cosmetic ?
Intresting is, that it happens directly after a "Clean" of that LTO3 Drive
