error in running perl script on netscape on WinNT.

I want to use a perl program on netscape enterprise server3.5.1 on winNT thru a link.For this I put my .cgi/.pl file in cgi-bin dir of netscape and set the mime-type and then set the regedit accordingly(as G:\perl5\bin\perl.exe %s %s).but while running i get the error as ::
failure: for host 200.192.172.119 trying to GET /cgi-
bin/try.cgi, send-cgi reports: could not send new process
(File Not Found Error)

g:\netscape\suitespot\cgi-bin\try.cgi failed


Anybody kindly help me out.
