I use SP 2001 SP2 and often when I try to access to some folders in the "document library" web part I find error like this :
"Script Execution Error: Reason: The following tags were not closed: a:multistatus, a:response, a:propstat, a:prop, f:Title."

Hi, CHIOMA!
I have same problem as you. But sometimes another error occuring:
-"Script Execution Error: Reason: End element was missing the character '>'. " ;
-"Script Execution Error: Reason: Element was not closed." ;
-"Script Execution Error: Reason: Invalid at the top level of the document. " ...

Did you resolve this problem? Or may be you can advise me anything...

Excuse, but I have red the answer only today.

I resolved it , but in a drastic way. I reinstalled all the system last month.

Thank you for the answer!
Now we have received this problem.
You must change the "TahoeUtils.asp" file: in 18-th string the g_fUseAsyncMode parameter must be changed to False. The ServerXMLHTTP object use this parameter and if it is False the synchronous mode "turn on".
May be this solution will be advisable for anybody...
