Error in PWS Install - Incorrect Parameter 0x80070057

Anyone know why I got the error 0x80070057 when I tried to install PWS? The error came up twice:

First Error: DllRegister Server Failed: C:\Windows\System\inetsrv\isschema.dll, 0x80070057
The parameter is incorrect

Second Error: GetData, 0x80070057
The parameter is incorrect

The PWS icon does appear at the bottom and it is running. I can also load in the Personal Web Manager. I also have checked the 'execute' box on the inetput-

So, what's the problem?
