Error in MQ-"Message could not be stored on the queue"

Hi,

We are having MQ based system files running on Mercator. Some times we are getting errors when trying to put a message on Queue. The error description as follows:

"Message could not be stored on the queue"

Please let us know the reasons and possible solutions for the same.
