Error in Maintenance Schedule

We're running a maintenance schedule based on last scheduled date. The schedule is set for a standard 63 Days.

Where a scheduled item is more than 100% overdue and then completed we're finding that the schedule is being reset with an interval greater that 63 days.

Has anyone come across this before?

I cannot find the reference just now but this appears to be problem for which there is now a solution. Suggest that you put in a work order to Mincom.
