Error in Log Server

Hello to all those of the forum.
Recently I upgraded a firewall of the version 4.1 to the NG FP3, the same one works almost correctly, the installation atmosphere is one distributed: the Managmente, the Log Server and the client GUI is in one machine and the Enforcement Modulates this in another machine, the communication this correct one, the rules are upgraded, but when we want to see the logs, the SmartView Tracker doesn't show anything, I already defined as master to the corresponding machine and it indicates the Enforcement it modulates that the Log Server this in the other one machine, but anything the logs is stored in it machine it where this the one Firewall, the only way that I have to see the logs Modulates it is to care of the I modulate firewall the logs, maybe be a configuration problem but I don't find the form of correcting this, I request them help in this topic).

Do your SIC work fine beetween enforcement module and mangement server even if the policy are install ?

Do you have define the management server as the master and the log server in the gateway configuration ?

Do the management address IP need route to be access from the module ? if it is that, create the route !
