error in library crtdll.dll

I have a program C on Windows NT which comes from a pc,
I compiled and bound to the librarie oraqle, orasql8.lib without problem. The executable
one produced is not able to launch out I have this error and this some is the program:
" is the entrance point of the procedure sqlorat untraceable in the bibiotheque dynamics

CRTDLL.DLL.

Which I must make? All helps are the welcomes, thank you in advance.
