Error in GP 7.5

I have a user that was doing an Inquiry against a Vendor in GP 7.5 and received a very Generic kind of error in Great Plains

The error said: The Stored Procedure createSQLTmpTable returned the following results: DBMS: 12 Great Plains: 0

We are running SQL Server 2000sp3a as a backend

Not sure what to make of this error or how to begin troubleshoooting !!???

Try KB article 861268 - it seems to address the exact issue you have.
