Error in Framework Manager

I am using Cognos8.3.
When publishing a package from Framework Manager using Publish Wizard,
In Select Publish Location, I clicked the Browse button and the "Select Folder in Content Store" window pops up. But this page ""Select Folder in Content Store" appears without any icons or buttons. Everything is just a hyperlink. Even OK and Cancel appear as hyperlinks and not as buttons.

Though I select the required path and click on OK, nothing happens. What could be the reason?
