error in Framework Manager

hai i'm just trying to create a sample model. in the process of creating a query subject in the model when i click on 'tables' in perticular database i'm getting the error

What version of OS/400 are you using? If it's V5R3 you may need to upgrade to FM build 1.1.414.22. See Cognos KB for details
