This is the message I get in accpac when I try to print anything after I post an order. What can I do? I have reinstalled accpac on this computer and reinstalled pervasive sql. I am running it on a terminal server.

Description: Error in File \\server\Accpac\Program Files\ACCPAC\OE42A\ENG\OECONF01.RPT: Error in formula <dtOrd>. 'pwFormatDate({OEORDH.ORDDATE})' The remaining text does not appear to be part of the formula.

telexpress,

If I recall ACCAPAC, like Macola stores its dates as an 8 digit integer in a YYYYMMDD format, and the function pwFormatDate() converts this to a real date.

pwFormatDate() is not a crystal function, it is a custom UFL. As a result there is a .dll that provides this function to Crystal that needs to be registered on the machine where this report is being run. I have no idea what the .dll is named for AccPac, but the Macola equivalent is U2ltdate.dll.

Just place it in the c:\winnt\crytal directory and register it, and you should be fine. Software Sales, Training and Support for Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine
