My system seems to be working fine but looking at my Event Log, there are 4 entries showing an error. All of them give this message about SerialKeys:

The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( SerialKeys ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: SerialKeys error: 1063, StartServiceCtrlDispatcher failed..

Also, every few days I see this error during the shutdown:

Windows cannot unload your registry class file. If you have a roaming profile, your settings are not replicated. Contact your administrator.

DETAIL Access is denied. , Build number ((2195)).

Anyone know if these messages can be fixed?

There is a hotfix you have installed which is causing that kind of error.
You probably runs a standalone computer, this hotfix applies to a network setup and tries to log out you from the server. After uninstalling it you will notice a quicker logout/shutdown time.
A simple thing is just to uninstall the hotfix: "q329170"
