Error in Enterprise

Hello,
When a report is run locally using Crystal XI, it runs fine, but when run through Enterprise (Windows 2000 Server), it returns the following error:

are you using any exciting fonts??

other than that, I would figure you have a software version problem (incompatibility between your cr version and your boe version)
