Error in devncb.pkg

Hi guys!

I had the WCE system in my pc and them running normaly. However I needed format my pc because "virus". So, after I install WCE system again, the MFC can't open project, the message error is fail in DEVNCB.PKG. In MSDN say is referent a lot of files, but before them open, why now can't open?
If anybody can help me, I thank!
