error in day end processing

Hello,
We are using ACCPAC 5.2A and our last dayend processing in OE hung up on us. Now when we try to ship an order or invoice an order we get the following error message:

Description: Shipment Cost-To-Clear. Record already exists. [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'OESHCH' with unique index 'KEY_1'.
Source: 08:48:07

I have searched the help forum here and found reference to RVSpy but am at a loss where to get this and how it works.

I have done an integrity check and came up with a couple errors regarding a couple customers that were deleted but nothing referencing this error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1. Start/Programs/Accpac/Tools/Rvspy. Set Lines to 9999.
2. Run Dayend
3. When you get the error, search backwards until you see several lines in a row with ERROR. That's where the duplicate record is. From there, fixing it depends on where it's coming from.

Thanks. My version doesn't seem to have the Rvspy tool but I did manage to figure it out with the help of a friend. I just had to log in as Admin and change the next shipment number and it solved it.
