error in connection

I have a simple (I think) Citrix network Central location and two remote connections over 64k leased lines and cisco routers. Only one of my remote machines can log on using any number of logon names. Rest of machine get
"Error in connection, the citrix server is unavailable, try again later"

Any Advice

Try putting the name or IP address of the Master Browser Server in the Server Location field in the client.
