error in connecting

Hi ,
We have citrix server in remote location. For all our projects we used to connect our citrix via VPN to work. But now we are not able to connect .It is showing some error " Network or dialup problems are preventing communication with the citrix server .An attempt to automatically restore the connection will begin after a dealy to let the network recover.if probelm persists, please contact your network administrator"

in some other computer it is showing "error in connection
server not found." but i am able to ping and response is very nice. and it is connecting in another system too

is any one can help me ,

Here is 1 of 2 quick fixes that work for me.
1) Stop and start the PN service, and the Citrix IMA service on the servers.

2) make a new connection via Find new application set. Take advantage of the XML service and use the Http + Tcpip. List several servers from the farm for the new connection.
