Error in Browser service on NT 4 workstation

I am getting a error which shows up in the Event viewer.
RED Stop sign
Source is "Service Control Manger"
EventID "7001"
Type "Error"


Decription:
The Computer Browser service depends on the Server service which failed to start becasue of the following error: Not enough server storage is available to start the command.

Please HELP!!!!

Is the workstation networked? If not, set the computer browser and server services to manual startup.

Yes its networked
I fixed it. I installed Service Pak 6a DougP, MCP

The fix ended up being to replace the Network card (NIC) DougP, MCP
