error in bordbk50.dll

lately I get an access violation at bordbk50.dll file, which is relating to the Delphi 5 debugger. It occurs when I turn the debugger on and off without closing Delphi down.
I tried many approaches to solve this error but none has succeded so far.

I re-installed Delphi 5 along with the patches, and I re-registered the debugger but no progress.

Does anyone know what to do?

This is an known about issue and is listed on the DELPHI DEVELOPER SUPPORT website, but I do not think there is a patch available.
