Error in [60]: UserProfileProssing FAILED

I am reloading the software on an Avaya provided MAS and and Avaya provided MSS. I have created a new MMDCT file everytime I do the install. The wizard will make it 50 percent through and I receive the error Error in [60] UserProfileProccessing FAILED. How do I get past this error?
 
I also looked on the LDAP settings on the MSS and it is using port 389 and is authenticated or anonymous.
 
Is this a single server sysetm platform installation? If so, I received this because the Windows Product Key was incorrectly entered.
