What is happening is that the TCP/IP Netbios Helper Service is trying to start before the KDC starts upon reboot."

To resolve:
1. Stop the Kerberos Key Distribution service
2. Stop the TCP/IP Netbios Helper
3. Start the Kerberos Key Distribution service
4. Start the TCP/IP Netbios Helper

This error may occur again after rebooting the server, so go through these steps again to resolve.
