Error i get when trying to open an application

I added domain users to the remote desktop group. I guess that is not enough. I can not figure this out.

Make sure that the user account has "Allow logon to terminal server" option checked.

Just fire up A/D users and computers and look at the user account under the "Terminal Services Profile" tab.
The option is at the bottom.

hi. Yes that was checked. The issue was in citrix I did not give the user access to the pub app. Stupid mistake thanks.
