Hello Everyone,
We keep getting the following types of error's and have been working with our vendor and he had been working with the engineer's. They are now telling us it is because we have spanning tree turned on our switch's but the documentation say's that this is okay as long as Port Fast is enabled which it is. They are telling until we turn that off they cannot/will not help us. We are getting ready to test that scenario but wanted to reach out to everyone here.

11 Thursday, December 06, 2012 12:25:20 PM 58006 Minor SLEE - Telephony Exec GAM [12, CCR0c21000d; SPC08210000; TransferCall] Telephony GAM failed to transfer the call. rc=57219, TAPI or CTMS rc =0.
Any thoughts or suggestions basically at times it fails to transfer calls.
