Hello,
we're using Personal Communication in company. When I connect keyboard and mouse via USB (not PS2), I'm receiving such error (after that I can't use Personal Communication):
PCWS037-Initialization of the keyboard failed. The session may not be fully operational.
I search on net some information about this problem but I didn't found any solution. Can some one help me or send me link to hotfix???
