I have a blackberry and I had to reinstall the software and setup the blackberry all over due to a corrupt profile in Microsoft Outlook.
Now I cannot get the encryption key in order to setup the software. I get this message:
"The computer does not know its email address. Either the email system is not configured properly or this email system is not supported".
I tried removing the profile and creating a new one and still get the same message. Also uninstall microsoft office xp and the blackberry application and it still doesn't work.
I even set it up on another computer, still doesn't work.
Is it the software issue.
