Error/Failure - Changing Primary supervisor or Skillsets

Hello,

We are encountering an issue with symposium and I cannot find an explanation anywhere for this problem, and our provider normally falls back to rebooting the system, which isn't always the best way to go about it.

I received the following error messages when trying to change primary supervisors or skillsets for an agent.

"Error: Unable to save the users details.-2147221499:The system is unable to complete the desired action. [5]:IceUsers.Users.1"
"Error: Unable to save the users skillsets.-2147221499:The system is unable to complete the desired action. [5]:IceUsers.Users.1"

If anyone has ever encoutered this before, some ideas would be great.
