Error Exporting from SQL Server to mySQL

I'm trying to export a table from MS-SQL 2000 to mySQL(using MS-SQL DTS) with a field defined as ntext(16) - I get the error 'Query-based insertion or updating of BLOB values is not supported' - anyone know how to get around this?
