I have a DL380 with 5300 controller, the ACU shows memory/battery failed. I replaced 64MB accelerator board and batteries together. The error was fixed. No more error in ACU. I ran ADU and all clear.
I also updated the 5300 controller FW to version 3.54, as well as all disk drives FW.
4 days later, the following error keeps popping up twice daily in the event log:
"Error
Source=Storage Agents
Event ID=1067
Compaq Drive array accelerator battery failed. The array accelerator board attached to the array controller in slot 3 reports a battery failure."
There is no error in ACU, or ADU.(array config/array diagnostics utility)
This is the second replacement of the memory/battery board.
Would it be a false alarm, or updating of the HP management agent help?
Any comment would be much appreciated.
I thank you in advance.
