Error Event ID 1000 Userenv

I got the following error repeatedly in the application log:

Source: Userenv
Type: Error
Event ID: 1000

"Windows cannot unload your registry file. If you have a roaming profile, your settings are not replicated. Contact your administrator.

DETAIL - Access is denied. , Build number (2195)"

I don't know where this error message came from. Any idea?

go to this link and put in the event id. Read what it has to say and then look for the solution. Sometimes it is straight forward.
