Error errno 0x380700 Passport 8006

Hi, when I try to copy the file config.cfg from a Passport to a computer in my network I receive this error message:

Can't write to "10.210.3.10:config.cfg", errno 0x380700

Any idea, thanks

What is the command string you are using to copy the file?

Hi, I use this commnad:

cp /flash/config.cfg ip:name_file.cfg

We ran into a similar problem. Use the 'copy' command instead of the 'cp' command. Also, this may be obvious but ensure your tftp server is running and accepting connections.
