Hi All,

Through this post, I would like to check has anybody got any idea about the followings(in detail):

-> I encountered an error while moving a document using the Content Move module.

The steps to replicate the error is:

1) Setup 2 LEA Storage Providers A and B in LES. Create a new document in Livelink and used Storage Provider A.
2) Using Content Move, move the document to Storage Provider B.
3) Wait for the LEA to finish running the jobs in Pool and Buffer.
4) Using Content Move, move the same document from Storage Provider B to A.

Upon execution of the above-mentioned steps, an error will be encountered shown as follows:

RN 17.09.09 18:04:14.109 5040 .... Dsh::httpGetBuffer dsh.cxx-15830 cu_get_buffer() returns an error: http status code = '500', http status message = '', (ds-error='3035: can't make more than 3 copies: aaaaespsc2duvmpl63aa22sjscuma/data;1(diskbuffer_nonsecret)has three copies on diskbuffer_nonsecret,diskpool_nonsecret,diskpool_2007'), body = '<HTML><HEAD>
<TITLE>500 Internal Server Error </TITLE>
</HEAD>
<BODY>
<H1>Internal Server Error </H1>
<BR><BR><BR><HR><CITE>Server internal:<BR>Error code: 3035<BR>Error message: "can't make more than 3 copies: aaaaespsc2duvmpl63aa22sjscuma/data;1(diskbuffer_nonsecret)has three copies on diskbuffer_nonsecret,diskpool_nonsecret,diskpool_2007</CITE>"
<FORM NAME="error">
<INPUT TYPE="hidden" NAME="code" VALUE="3006">
<INPUT TYPE="hidden" NAME="text" VALUE="Internal Server Error">
</FORM></BODY>

I am attaching the log file(if needed) at :

Hope someone who has any idea about the above issue, be generous enough to share with me on how to solve this issue =).

Many thanks in advance,
smallredville

Have you involved LES/LEA support to see if they see something wrong.AFAIK the error is coming from the LEA server.LES is just invoking a provider change.If any there might be some kind of faile jobs on the LEA buffer.Do you see any errors in LEA as to failed jobs etc etc.

Well, if I called the wrong number, why did you answer the phone?
