Error encountered while opening a window..?

Hi, and thanks for stopping by!

I and a few of my users are experiencing a problem where Lotus appears to crash if closed abruptly. When you try and re-open Lotus Notes (6.5) it greets you with the message "An error was encountered while opening a window" and the program will not start. The only way to start Notes again that I have found is to reboot the machine, very annoying as you can imagine!

If anybody has experienced this problem, or has a solution I'd love to hear about it!

This sort of thing normally happens when Notes crashes and you try to reopen it.

You do need to reboot, or use the ZapNotes tool to deal with the remaining objects that are still in memory.
