Error encountered loading library: RDWI15.dll

While printing a sales order 'randomly' a msg appears stating: error encountered loading library RDWI15.dll

This is an old workstation running Windows 95...'stop laughing'

Any ideas? upgrade to 98 or perhaps an odbc issue?

Ahhh.. it's good to answer my own question...

Often, this error is caused when the FedEx Tracking Software is installed on a workstation that also runs Visual Manufacturing software. The FedEx program uses 3 graphic server files, which Visual also uses, but the ones installed by the FedEx program are an ‘older’ version. This creates a conflict, since the FedEx program installs these ‘older’ graphic server files into the Windows\System directory (on Win95/98 PCs) or the Winnt\System32 directory (on NT or Win2k or XP PCs), which the OS will search before utilizing the PATH statement on those workstations. So, you have to delete those ‘older’ graphic server files from the non-runtime directory, where FedEx has installed them, to solve the conflict.
